Can someone with a gen. 3 camry check to see where their hard fuel return line exits the engine bay? Specifically, does it wrap around the steering knuckle or loop to the right (passenger side)? Thanks in advance.

Ryan i am pretty sure ithe return exits the same way the feed line enters the bay.

Then it must bend toward the filter and wrap around the steering knuckle. That's the only decent way I've been able to retrofit it to the solara.

This is the return line. I did a return system on an '02 Solara and ran it the same way.

Adam, what model is the line you used from? Niether of the lines I pulled from an es300 or gen. 3 camry look like that.

Gabe and I used a rubber fuel injection line for it from NAPA. The OEM one on the Gen 3 is rubber, then to metal and travels with the brake lines/fuel inlet line, then changes to rubber again near the tank.

When the sun comes out in 2 days I'll get better pictures of the return line if you like.

I pulled the metal lines from the aforementioned models, but they both have to wrap around the steering knuckle in order to fit with the other lines that run to the rear of the car. I'm using rubber hose from the regulator to the hard line and from the hard line to the tank.

Well, your using Gen 3 lines on a Gen 4. Different angles on the car metal.

Ya I knew it wouldn't be perfect, but I'm fine as long as it's functional.
