I have been searching, but I cannot seem to find the answer to this. Does the 02-05 Camry with a manual transmission have cruise control (either standard or optional)?

Well, my 99 Solara 5 spd has CC, and I assume that means the 97-01 Camry 5 spd has CC, and I can't imagine Toyota goign backwards with their developments and features on cars, so I would 99% guarantee your answer to be yes.
