who knows of a place or person where i can get black toyota emblems for cheap? so far the cheapest i've found is $55 plus $15 shipping on ebay.

ebay is the cheapest ive ever seen them. look to spend $100+ anywhere else.

See if some of the people who work for dealerships can pass along any of their 'discount' to you??? (that would be the cheapest OEM type)

The cheapest cheapest would be for your to do a DIY on your existing one.

Worst case you can just take normal toyota embloms and have them painted with a gloss toner on top... That wouldnt look bad.
3.5 gen TRD blown camry... Whatchu know!?
