Hey guys , well i have a 99' solara and i need to replace the struts and mounts unfortunatly ! :( but it needs to be done so. Anyways i was wondering if anyone had done this before ? anything i should watch for , or do ? i am doing it at school with a buddy and im not really familiar with what i will be doing. any tips or points i would love to hear em ! thanks

ummm.......use the proper tools when working with suspension. Also....you'll be spending some time to take apart your rear interior just to get to the rear struts. Oh yeah...a Spring compressor will really help too. :D Let me know if you have any other questions.

I should have been more specific , its only the front 2 , but yeah there is a spring compresser there so hopfully all goes well ! Thanks

Be sure to watch out for the ABS sensors.
Don't let the lower control arm just hang, be sure to support it with a jack or similar device.
Many on this forum have had to have their's replaced after installation.
