Any bit should work. Make sure it is sharp though.
And any auto paint/body store should have the 3M tape.
Make sure it is for autobody...carpet tape won't hold it. :roll:

What are you trying to drill holes in the bumper for? and any auto shop (autozone, pepboyz) will sell 3m double sided take (choose the thin one, thats suffice for our trd kits). Unless you have a really heavy lip, then i'd advise you to choose the 5lbs thick tape..its has more contact surface and its meant for heavier applications.

the regular 3m double sided tape should be strong enough

- I used it to put my license place on once so I could get to dkn w/o getting pulled over, and when I went to take it off afterwards, I actually pulled the paint off my lip by accident because I was lazy and didn't use any solvent
