When the car idles at a stop light, or at anykind of rest, the RPM drops.
Took it to the dealer and they did their test, they said nothing was wrong

it is possible that your power brake is ripping out some power from your motor. what is your mileage? what kind maintainace you have done? is it auto? (i thought that is a common problem to all automatic cars? i am not sure since i never had automatic in my life)

You might have gotten some bad gas (gas with a little water in it). Do the RPM's go down as though it may choke off? I had something simliar to this happen to me b4. IT caused my CEL to come on, and the dealer told me I needed a new PCV valve. I didn't get it then, and after a couple of days the CEL light went off. I just added some fuel system cleaner to the gas.

I would second this opinion.

Gonna sound stupid but have you checked the air filter? i like to go simple first. This can cause low idle if it's filthy. IAC is high on the list of things that can cause this but so can throttle position sensor going bad, a clogged fuel filter and dirty injectors. Good luck and let us know how this turns out.

PCV valve... my gfs i4 Camry died easily at idle what it was like that. Also check the EGR. Hers always got stuck and you actually had to hold the throttle until the engine warmed up a bit to do it on its own.

I had the same problem with my pickup and it was the pcv valve also. I'd check that first.
