Get a bucket fill it up with water. Spray some Carb Cleaner in it and sink the filter in there for about an hour or so and it should be clean.

lol sorry to bum you out bro but you arent gonna be getting lots of power of out an intake, cleaning will make it more efficient for sure, but even brand new you are prolly only getting 1-2 horses out of it. sounds great though!!!
