Guys, even though you are doing the right thing questioning (hey, you never know) it looks like a Dealer who has never sold on eBay. Interested ppl should research the "Jaffarian Toyota / Volvo" dealer maybe even call them up if you'd like. If you purchase and they don't provide goods in 5 business days, sick PayPal on them.

Called the dealer and they said they would get back to me when the ebay guy gets back. I am a little hesitant of purchasing when seller has no feedback so maybe I can buy over the phone with my credit card!

You have no guarantee that using credit card over your phone will not allow for further "attempts" from them (or another party) to use the CC. Why not ask the dealer about purchasing the item directly from them honoring the eBay BUY IT NOW! price...avoid eBay altogether.
