Does anyone have spray pait for sand mica?

I just got a mud guard off of ebay (it's not arrived yet)
but i could only find it in red color.
since my car is sand mica, i'm thinking of painting it.
and.. i checked the price and.. wow..

http://www.automotivetouchup.com/spray_paint.asp

this site seems to be the best one after i searched the forum, but.. well.. $20 for the base coat and $8 for clear coat + shipping is a little more than my budget.. (after buying that mud guard.)

I dont' think i would need 12oz can for just 4 mud guard..

does anyone have half used spray paint for sand mica (4Q2) laying around that i can buy for a little less price?

or does anyone know if there are any cheaper price?

or are there any other paint from autozone that would be able to substitute for our color? :drinking:
(i know, and highly doubt it tho.. )

Thanks in advance! :drinking:

You can go to a local home/auto paint shop and give them the color code (4Q2) and they can mix you a spray bottle full of it, thats what I did. Got a nice little deal: the spray paint and a bottle of clearcoat for $28

Yes they are...I think home depot your desired paint too. The place I went to looked into their computer (maybe a database) when I gave him the paint code and off to mixing he went. See if home depot will do it..

I found the custom spray paint store online, and they are a little cheaper than other stores.

I ordered mine today, so i'll let you know how it goes.
