I should clarify, it took me a year of searching to get a deal that good, so 300 might be good enough to save the hassle.

Just received it from Rich:

Here are some pics... (looks it it's slanted/oval with the TRD logo on the side).

PS There weren't any directions. Does the exhaust need to be tightened to some set torque?
