charcaol grey with black interior. haven't done nothing to it but the rims fro now 22 inch 3 piece forgiato andata's black lip satin face and black inserts and windows. it looks cool at stock height i might lower it with megan coilovers but i'm not sure i want to hassle with alinement and camber problems any more. so that's a really big maybe. if i get hooked with air runner i might go with that but a really big if also...... your lex is sick i seen on corbin and vanowen about a month or two ago. i was at the coin op car wash, when you passed by my solara was stock at that time.

Wow, Solaraguys really do think alike. I talked myself down from the ledge on a 2008 ES350 a few weeks ago. Ultimately I decided to stick it out for a few more years since I like working on cars and put so much care into mine. But damn the ES350 is a smooth beast. Plus it has four doors so I can cart my friends around at lunch or look a little more stately. I still love Cheryl though, my 05 SE Sport. The Injen intake I have gives me the subtle pleasure of the woosh sound and some high end excitement when getting on the freeway. It's not measureable hp gain, but whatev. My next car is probably going to be electric gawdwilling, with the 'lara as a backup.

The other market I was looking into is a 1999/2000 996 coupe. The 996 911 has virtually the same profile as a 997, but for 25k on the low end. With insurance, payment and interest, I figured it to be about 600/month for some garage art. Love that car, always have always will.
