Like some of you know (I hijacked Solara08861...sorry man !)

Just bought this

Kenwood DDX-7019
Kenwood KNA-G510 (Garmin GPS unit)
PAC SWI-JACK (to keep working steering wheel radio control)

But now with all that I learn that I would need to bypass the JBL amp...but I would prefer to plug in the JBL amp...I search the web (and also help by SMAN) and I come up with several stuff...

20$
http://www.autotoys.com/x/product.php?productid=1133

60$
http://www.discountcarstereo.com/detail.aspx?ID=1122
http://peripheralelectronics.com/prodDetail.asp?strProductID=775&strSearch=TJA

100$
http://www.autotoys.com/x/product.php?productid=6404

I'm thinking to get Peripheral JTA (60$ choice) because the application is 2006-2007 Solara w/ JBL amp...I just wonder if any of you knows this stuff or using different setup ??

Also...some other general installation questions

Where did you get the stock nav unit bezel ?
Currently, I found this one. Seems complete replacement.
http://www.autotoys.com/x/catalog/TOYOTA_SOLARA_2004_DIN_OR_DOUBLE_DIN_BKTA2087B_p_10254.html
Any other suggestion for remplacement bezel (looking stock)

Last question...
Where the Kenwood/Garmin Nav unit is installed ??
It's a 4" X 4" X 1.5" box, I also need to access it easily (for updating it with SD card)

Yeah, like i said in my PM, i got my Factory Nav trim bezzel from Reggie. And as for those harnesses, those are for the digital amps. I couldn't remember when they switched to digital, but i thought it was only in the 07+ because otherwise an 04 factory JBL radio wouldn't work in an 06. What year is your car anyways?

On peripheral website they say it is for 06-07 Toyota Solara...mine is 2006

Hrmm, i guess they went digital. Simple way to check this would be to call a dealership and have them run the part numbers on the 05 JBL amp and the 06 JBL amp.

so, how does it sound with the adapter? I'm thinking of getting the alpine cda 9885 and using the amp adapter along with the usb adapter. I plan to order them this week, so help me out if you can.

Sorry...I didn't install it yet. I didn't found any place to do it myself, it is freezing out here under 40F as an average. I have an appointment Friday November the 23rd. I'll be able to tell you more after then
