Update on my AV system

First of all, I said bye-bye to my Eclipse Unit.
it has been a great unit, and i sitll love it, however, I'm planning on getting new HU, and there was a friend who wanted my eclipse.

The new unit won't be available till later this month, or early july, so untile then, i gonna use just my panasonic dvd unit.
it is quite a down grade, but it's just for temporally so i'm dealing with it.

and here comes the fun part.

while i'm putting my unit back together, i thought about something fun.

PlayStation 2.

I have ps2 that i don't use it that often.
so i just went ahead and put it in my car.





ps2 fit into my grove compartment really nicely, and with wireless controller, it works great.
now i'm having dilemma as much as i love driving my solara, it's so tempting to let someone drive my car, and i just play games....

Playing games while driving really gives me a headache i don't know about you because my friend has an X-Box 360 in his and man...i quit.

well, i also have Wii, and thought about putting that one in (and still do-able with small adjustment).

however, i thought it won't be cool that if the passenger swings their arms around playing tennis game or something and hit me on my face...

and, i also wish if i have time to just to sit in my car and play games...
i did it for "just because"... ^^;

Hey Tacti, may I ask where did you get that double din dash kit? The fitment looks great on the gen 2 dash. It looks like it can fit a double din navi perfectly.

it's a dash kit made by american international.
