Yeah... The only reason I said what I said was because this is one of a few posts that I've seen from you that consists of less than 5 words (like "TAXES / SUGGESTIONS?").

Either way like I said in a half-assed way in my last post, unless you're talking about the old-school/RadioShack radio security plates that basically "labels" the punch-thru buttons, you'll have to call the factory with your serial number [and may have to submit a proof of purchase] and order it.

Even if you were to get the faceplate of the exact same model number head unit (from eBay for example), most face plates are designed to fry the circuitry of the head unit, rendering it unusable to people who steal your head unit without the face plate.
