Just joined - and just bought a 2004 black with Tan top. Love it.
Wanted to know if anyone knows if this unit would be a plug and play for my Vehicle - would love to get one. Also would like to install it myself - has anyone done one? Saw diagram on site with plug-in noted. But how hard is it to access the plug-in. Can anyone explain how to get to it. Thanks

I installed a BEC105 in my 04 Coupe with NAV and it works perfectly. It is plug and play. I did take the NAV unit out to make sure I plugged it into the right slot. I didn't want to try to "feel" my way into the proper plug. Its great!

Backup Camera Install

Postby automan » Mon Feb 19, 2007 9:39 am

HID04V6 saw pictures of when you did yours - looks great. I orderd the camera to do mine. Can you give me any info on how to get to the plug in for the camera. Procedure to remove console or what to get to it. Could you also tell me how and where you routed the cable itself to get it to the plug in. I am sure info from you could save me a lot of time and mistakes in doing the install. Did you take any pictures while doing.the install. I would appreicate any help from you or anyone out there that has any knowledge on this they could share. I will doucment it with pictures when I do mine and post later. Thanks
