Redoing system

I'm redoing my current system due to lack of trunk space due to my huge bass box and the annoying rear deck rattling. So here what its being done Friday.

Taking out the complete rear deck eleminating the Infinity Kappa 692.5i 6 x 9 2-way Speaker and no more plastic cover. Installing 4 Beyma Power 10 10" woofer on the rear deck push by a Rockford Fosgate Punch P8002.

I had 2 Rockford Fosgate P312D4 12 in the bass box. I'm only keeping 1 sub and making a smaller box for the trunk so I could have more trunk space it will be push by a PPI PCX - 2125.

The front door speakers are staying from the last install Infinity Kappa 692.5i 6 x 9 2-way Speaker push by Rockford Fosgate Punch P2002.

All the amps where from my last install.

I will post pics after install hopefully by the end of the weekend.

By the way has anyone here removed the rear deck completely?

Nice. Im curious how you are going to reinforce the rear deck with all the weight, and are you building a box or infinite baffle?

Either way, probably mdf/glass a new rear deck and run the box down in the trunk, it can be done. Have you ever put your box in your back seats and ran it like that? With it, its not as loud because with a box in the trunk, you get the 'trunk gain'.

Overall, the best way to aim subs is in the trunk, facing the lid...

If you want to do the rear deck for show, i would put two there, and two in the trunk, all connected to the same box, unless your doing a infinite baffle...

The shop is using MDF its 75% done we have 2 10'' installed we are just waiting for 2 other 2 to come in. We are using an LED for 3 break light. The woofer are actually not for bass they are voice woofers. They are Beymas SM 110 they are use like for high sounds like when you go to a parade and the speakers they use on the floats, concerts & clubs( Like EV speakers). Just keeping one Rockford P3 12" woofer for bass. When everything gets done hopefully by Friday I will get pics by Monday. So far just with 2 10" the sound is crisp and clear can't wait to hear how it sounds with all 4.
