I concur with Crisp...
If you get the 6x9s, run them straight off the factory head for now, don't even bother amping them. Don't do a sub 'till you replace the headunit either.
If you plan on running amps, I'd wait to install everything at once, as it's a pain in the ass to keep ripping everything apart and redoing it (and you risk breaking / losing trim pieces if you're not careful).
Also, if you have the JBL system make sure you remove the factory amplifier from behind the glove box, and I'd also remove the speakers from the dash completely.
