I hate to do it because I absoutely love these rims but....

Houston roads just suck too bad to run a 40 series tire....I had to switch to 17"s (off a 2004 Solara btw). I have 5 of these up for grabs

1 is in perfect shape except for a light curb rash about 1.5 inches long
1 has a small dent and about a 1 inch curb mark
2 are bent and in need of fixing
1 is probably bent too bad to fix, but if you've got some hookup, it might be worth something to you.

PM or email me at briansiy@yahoo.com and make an offer if you're interested.

Thanks!
Brian

how hard and expensive is it to fix a bent rim? does this compromise the integrity and strength for the future?

hari, i replied to your pm

as far as overall integrity, i really can't say, although it's my general underanding that rolling out dents/bends just reshapes the metal to its original form. these mille miglias are gorgeous but relatively soft, since they're so light weight. if there's a place local to you that will fix them for a decent price, you're in luck.

i'm just getting switching to 17s to save myself the hassle of dealing with bent rims....when you have potholes on your highways, its time to get rid of the 40 series tires!

Ha, I dented my EVO5 17" on a pothole in a highway offramp @ 50mph. It was a deep hole and the sound when I hit it was the loudest, scariest bang I have ever heard in any car. I replaced the rim that took the brunt of the impact (front right) but I still get ride vibration at around 25 and 50mph. I think the back one is slightly damaged or lost a wheel weight.

true...you can bend any rim if you try hard enough...but i'm riding a lot smoother on 17"s now, and at least im not AS likely to bend em!
