I would like to buy TRD rims like those ones above. Shipping is to NY. Please quote me a price. Used or new rims, it doesn't matter, as long as they are in good condition.

why dont you try to call tsw.. since you said it doesn't mater if its new or used.. you might as wel buy them new....

just a note, but the TRD center caps are impossible to find...just ask anyone who has tried to find them.
