Goes around the vents, hazard switch, etc. Mine is "wood" and peeling. I don't care if it's gray or "wood". I actually prefer gray with intact clips. I have a 99, so 99-01 will work fa sho. I dunno about 02-03 fa sho. jggoode@yahoo.com or PM here. Yup.
