just by talking with greg over the phone about my own swap, i can tell he knows our platform like the back of his hand. with this swap your getting peace of mind, bc it will be done right. and the 2500 asking price is a good deal. ive paid a lil under 2 gs right now...so considering your only paying about 500 right now in labor, gl with that cheap at a shop.

excellent, the only thing i have to warn you about is...its a pain finding all the parts. you really need to find a donor car in the junkyard. other than that i and a few others on here can guide you if your going to be doing the swap yourself. i wish i could tell you how fun it is after the swap but im not quite there yet hah.

I know. I actually wanted to do the swap since 2006 but things never worked out (long story) but around December 2008/January 2009 seeing that the swap was going to be too hard for anyone to do, I opted to buy another Solara and on January 8 I bought the 2002 Solara SE. In fact, when Gabe had the white 5 speed Camry for sale last year I considered buying that car for parts but again no one was able to do the swap. Oh well, nothing I could do now....
