I already have a set of Tein S-techs sitting in the garage, waiting to go on, but now it looks like i'm about to buy a clutch rather than shocks. it's kinda hard to drive when your clutch is slipping...

for now i will continue to pimp the stock suspension i got from you, craig - it matches the pimpy 15" hubcaps i have with massive 205/65/15 tires lol!

i may break down and put the s-techs on the stock struts since the s-techs are not a super aggressive spring.

if only i could warranty the worn set of tokicos i have now, i'd be golden!

Shocks = struts right?

My car needs new struts and I've been thinking of getting some lowering springs while I'm at it. I might be interested....

a strut is just a specific type of shock absorber, so yes, basically shocks = struts. and yes, if you have the struts off, that's the best time to install different springs - no extra labor, since the springs have to come off anyway!
