I’m looking for a ’97 or newer stock ECU for a 1MZ-FE with individual coils (6 coils). I might be interested in the harness is it is available. Post here or PM me.

So your looking for a VVTi ECU?

The Gen 4 and Gen 1 Solara all had 3 coil packs.

The '94 and '95 Camry had 6.

I think the start of VVTi came back the 6 coil packs.

You can still use the 6 coil packs on a 3 coil pack car. Just takes a slight rewire (TRD4Life knows how to do it).

Not a VVTi ECU.

I have a '95 ECU with 6 coils now but want the stand alone MAF sensor which started in '97. If I have to switch it 3 coils, then I'll do that. I have a '02 Camry non VVTi ECU and it uses 6 coils.
