For those of you who'd still be interested in purchasing Jim's Fuel Mod, I contacted Jim@ForeignAffairs himself recently about torque rods and a few other things he had designed, and here was his response.

I usually don't check this email address so that is why the delay in replying. ForeignAffairs@aol.com is better. Anyway, the torque rods only get done when we get a group buy going since the components I can only get in bulk. The fuel mod is still available anytime for $225 which include shipping anywhere in the US.
