Hi everyone,
I have a brand new Pioneer AVIC-N1 all in one dvd, mp3, Navigation system. You probably already heard about it, its the first in the world that combines all of its featurs into a one unit. It also has a built in vehicle dynamics meter which will show your acceleration, G forces etc...

It retails for $2,000 + tax.
I ask $1,500 + shipping (or local pickup is fine).

Here is more info on it http://www.avic-n1.com/
Email me know if anyone is interested or have any questions bimerok@yahoo.com.

What kind of references do you need?
When you decide to buy, I'm giving my name, phone number and address to that person.

Have you heard the quality of the sound or have you seen the quality of DVD produced by that unit?

I concur =P But I think this is a good entry unit into all the segments... seeing that a basic unit from Eclipse already hits around 1300 COST =P (or did it go down slightly? 8533)

Yes, its plug and play. All you need is to install it and connect all the wires.

There are optional add ons that you can get. Like back up camera and microphone (for voice commands) but they all just plug ins.

I'm so cross about Navigation Systems....

I really find that the ones i've looked at just don't compare to the Alpine/Acura/Honda system. :( and I hate settling so much for sub-parity.

Since I think the talking is only used so often, I might be going with a Pocket PC interface (cause I already have all the other stuff)

now if I could just get the PPC to play DVDs.

Eclipse =P They made the current generation Lexus navigation system. The Lexus navi is the easiest one to use also =P

The AVIC-N1 is actually a great unit. It comes with everything you need and installation isn't very difficult.

For the price, its definately worth it. Its easy to use, and far superior to any OEM system I've ever used
