Stock 6spds 5.5s dyno around 210-225whp, most 4psi s/ced 1mzs aren't up there, let alone n/a 1mzs. Not too many 4psi 1mzs are in the high 13s/low 14s either I'm sure the higher the boost you go it'll obvi move up, but mine was pulling on stock 1mzs while skipping gears lol. I'll make a new build thread in the morning for it! I'm still driving the 2mz avalon daily and lovee it. If it were a 5spd it'd be a million times funner. Autos gear ratio is too long for the 2mz imo

I am familiar with what the vq35 and 1mz make, that's why I so was surprised when my n/a was keeping up with the vq. I feel you on the 2mz auto, I always wished i had done that 5speed swap before i sold it. GLWS let me stop clogging lol

Haha no worries about clogging, a lot of stuff isn't moving so I'll probably end up finishing the avalon later in the year.

Maybe his vq wasn't too healthy? Mine stock was pulling away from srt4s (mostly stock) wrxs, v8 mustangs and etc. When I had my intake setup it pulled on stis from a roll and a bunch of other random cars. even held close to my friends srt4 with a bigger turbo lol.

Basically the stock OEM parts. Exhaust manifolds, starter, valve cover, probably have gen3 coilpacks, gen3lower intake + rails.
