DJ, you'll save yourself a lot of hassle if you just send the supercharger to me.
It's not worth wasting your time installing it. PM me
Trust me, I'm a technician.

he wont blow the knock sensors if he stays at 4 psi, but if he goes over 5 psi i would suggest he gets gregs knock sensor relocation bracket, and run 94 octane, up tp 6psi, if he goes 7 psi or over, higher octane and meth injection is required.................... :drinking:

My best advice is to research, research, research. There is a wealth of knowledge on this forum about installing the s/c and what needs to go along with it.

Well, I plan to run 4 PSI. More PSI might come when I graduate and get a job. So now I have just a few more hundred dollars to spend on things that are absolutely necessary to run it at 4 psi.

I noticed a bigger difference in usable power going from 4-6psi than from adding the s/c over stock.

Yeah I know I know. But keep in mind that I lost my job due to layoffs, decided to become a student, so for the next 2-3 years I will have nowhere near the income I had.

I keep telling myself that after school's over, I'm gonna get the most I can out of that car.

Before he even THINKS of more boost, better tell him to :1) RELOCATE the KS (or get GM) and 2) Get Y pipe and Cat back. 3) add fuel (at least with piggy back like Apexi). Otherwise don't waste your time. :)
