What are the conditions of the bumpers? were they the stock from 99?

THE AIR BAGS ARE FOR THE INSIDE OF THE CAR AND THE ARE $ 400 pLUS SHIPPING tHE BUMBER ARE THE ORIGINAL 99 BUMBER AND IN PRESTINE ORDER IN THE FACTORY RED METTALIC .
