Does that fit the gen 1.5? It looks to be the exact same shape and I think it would fit the 1.5, correct me if I'm wrong.

actually the $100 cut off is when renova ship out the pre-order grills. so the price should change at this weekend or next week.

yes you still can order it but it will not fit gen 1.5. i am not too sure about the gen 1.5 grill, reonva was not sure if they can sell 100 pieces gen 1.5 grills.
