Hey guys, I have a VERY nice 2000 All black SLE V6 Gold package Solara for sale. You can steal this baby from me for $13,500 OBO. The car still has a 100k mile Toyota Warranty included that is transferable. The car has 68k miles on her. I live in Milwaukee WI (53218.)

This car has pretty much every option you can think of. POWER WINDOWS, POWER LOCKS, CRUISE CONTROL, AUTO CLIMATE CONTROL, LEATHER SEATS, ABS, AIR CONDITIONING, 5% limo tinted windows, REAR SPOILER, CRUISE CONTROL, MOONROOF, 6 DISK IN DASH JBL CD CHNAGER, 6 CYLINDER 3.0 LITER 24V, Traction Control, Alpine XM satellite radio with remote control !!

There is some slight damage to the rear bumper (damn girlfriends) you can see it in the pictures but it's pretty much cosmetic only. Also I curb rashed the left rim up. I've seen rims go on ebay for dirt-cheap. I also just flushed the engine coolant and have done all oil myself on time.

The list goes on and on, you can check the details out and more pictures on the ebay link below. Thanks guys and if you have any questions call me or email me. 414-617-3995, or mikew@wi.rr.com

Auction is over, but you can check out the details here.

The lowest I could go would be 13,000. That's taking a big hit on the car

It has traction control as well. I dont know why you'd be lucky to get 8k for yours, but if you look at edmunds.com and cross-check that with kbb as well, then I dont see what the problem is.

price is alright

Postby Hotan » Wed Jun 09, 2004 11:20 am

I agree. I am trying to sell mine as well. Around the same price. Edmunds rates mine at $13,500. I am selling at 12,500 negotiable. This is a toyota. Resale value is suppose to be good.

These cars are awesome and able to keep going. The problem with posting a for sale sign here is that everyone already has a solara here. Another free place to post a for sale (with out paying) is Craigslist.org.

No one would buy them at that price, especially in this forum cause we know how much it's really worth.

What do you think

Postby Hotan » Thu Jun 10, 2004 5:04 pm

Then what do you think is a fair price? For both buyer and seller?

You got to admit that 8K is way too low.

if you look at the blue book value, its closer to about 10,00-11,000 and thats what most ppl will look at, so u wont really get much more

Hey Hardi,

I remember you. It seems that most of us selling aren't in a big hurry to sell it since they are such nice cars.

Find me someone who is willing to buy it for 11,500, it will be sold. I can't go much lower than that. Since i have a few upgrades and an amp and box going with this, I think that would be a fair price.

Looking to get rid of it next month if no one else bites.

By the way, aren't you trying to sell your 4 cylinder for $11?
