I need to swap my Injen Intake due to getting caught by CHP. Need one asap.

Injen does have a CARB Executive Order number that makes it smog-exempt. If you do not have the badge, contact Injen and you should be able to get one from them.

Does Injen have a Stamp on the actual tube? Or is it a sticker that should have been placed?

The original had just a big Injen decal, no CARB stuff. The newer ones all have a CARB badge and an Injen badge.
Look around in the galleries and you can see pictures of both.
I happen to own both as well. :)

Glad you found it, but man I wish I'da known sooner. I just trashed all my old Toyota parts two days ago.

Wow..now that's bizzare! CHP?? What an A$$hole :cry:

I've had mine on here in So Ca for almost 9 years. At that time I got a STICKER sent to me....I requested one when it became available soon after I got the Injen installed. NEVER had a problem..even getting smog cert. I'm amazed the Ahole wanted to look under the hood!
Anyway, you should be able to get this sticker from Injen>>>>

Yeah...it's blurry, but it says the CARB # on it. Get one and put it under the hood.
