I would like to trade my stock solara rims for hubcap steel wheels. Does anyone have steel wheels that they would trade for these kind of rims?

you need winter wheels/tires? I have a set of freshly painted black wheels with brand new michelin winter tires if you're interested.

If you're anywhere near southeast texas, I'll trade with you, as long as those are 15" and not 14". What kind of tires do you have on the alloys? I'll admit that the tires on my steelies are not new but ought to last at least till the winter, as long as you aren't doing standing burnouts or anything...
