you're gonna have to get some new axles for the tranny, the auto tranny axles are too short
also, you're gonna have to custom fabricate the transmission support. the auto solara has a different frame/support structure for the auto than it does for the manual. i believe it's a cross section of chassis that you'll have to cut out of the donor car, and then weld onto your car's frame.
unfortunately, lots of 'custom' things are gonna have to be done to go to manual. i.e. clutch petal placement, shift box, axle replacement, chassis support, etc. in fact, i'd say that the entire process, is pretty much an attempt at customization, since even with a full donor car, it's not just un-bolt and replace.
oh yeah, and don't forget to also swap out the ECU's, otherwise you'll be throwing a CEL.
