Do those wheels really crack that easy? I really want to buy these but don't wan't end up losing loose center caps or cracking the rims.

nah, they're fine . . . unless u plan on goin off roadin or somethiin with them

They don't crack easily, but they are pretty soft. I've had to replace two because they got bent from hitting bad potholes.
