FS:brand new samsung E715 for trmobile or any other simcard

I recieved a samsung E715 as an upgrade but decided to get the nokie v300. my dumbass however didnt forgot to send the samsung back within the allowed period and now im stuck with a 450 charge and a new phoen i dont want. I'm willing to sell it for 400 dollars. i will decide shipping if it isnt tgoo much. THe phone is brand new. The box is upopened cuz i obvviously wanted to see the phone optins and menu styl e. I guarantee the phone is not used. One of the rules for returning it is that you accumulate no minutes, so i didnt make or recieve any calls. Its for tmobile or any other service that uses sim cards. PLEASE RELEIVE ME OF THIS BURDEN. its a nice unused phone, i just dont like the menu's.
PS. i will conider interesting trades or offers.

If your asking $400, at least give it to t-mobile to unlock it for you....this way other carriers (at&t, etc) can also use this phone..and any sim would work with this phone. T-mobile usually charges anywhere from 20-35 dollars for unlocking phones.
