First off I would have it ready to ship with lots of pictures of what you get for the price. And set a price this is not eBay, if you want that, then list it on eBay.
Depending on where you are located you might have one of our many experienced s/ced guys uninstall it for you. That way you would know your car is running right (I hope you saved all those parts) and the purchaser will have all the correct parts.
TRD4life would probably be your best bet. Then sell him the s/c for a good price. You will probably pay upwards of $500 to uninstall it. Toyota once quoted me $600-700 for installation. Check around for pricing.

From the looks of it TRD4Life would be your best bet, unless ASG14 is closer. they would probably be the best price wise.

Hell, I installed one in MD last week, lol. Uninstall is easier EXCEPT for the Alternator bolt. I never want to have to cut the head off one again while it;s in the car. That was a nightmare.

uninstall it for the price of the s/c itself :P
