I ordered and received a set of silver eyelids from Mike T some time ago and finally got around to getting them on the lara. Just wanted to post up some pics for those of you with lunar mist metallic so you'd get a better idea of what they look like.

They can be purchased here: http://www.freewebs.com/michael40507/

The material is a little dark in color, dull in finish, and somewhat transparent (lets some light through when the headlights are on). All in all they are an incredible deal and as far as I know the closest color match on the market. I'm quite happy with this investment. More pics to come in better daylight.

I'll be rocking these until I black out my next set of lights and have those professionally painted 1C8.

Here's a pic with a better lighting. They definitely look to be a better color match in daylight.

The output is the same. Actually cuts back on the hid glare a little bit. Only downside is the vinyl is a little thin so they kind of glow. I can get some pics up of that.

on my previous car what helped to not make the vinyl glow is to have black vinyl under the silver.
