okay well some of you have seen my lara at the meets (so-cal) we've had and seen my dents & dings i have two on the hood one on the driver door long scratch on roof and a long scratch on trunk i talked to my insurance company they said instead of just painting those areas its gonna look patched up so he said to just paint the hole ride

what should i do should i let them paint the hole car its original color (ocean pearl) or try to blend in just the areas where its affected????help!!

also since they gonna paint the trunk i asked if they can just shave the emblems n filling the holes he said that they would be able to do that dope!

these are just sum quick flix cus i got calipers painted today so i couldnt move my vehicle also got drilled slotted rotors installed

the paint job looks good other then the spots your talkin about i thinkthey would be able to blend it quite nicely or you could have them go with a two tone and paint the trunk roof and hood an offsetting color .any way im sure it will turn out nice either way cause your ride is sharp GL

Question:
My car is finally getting some dings and dents out and they are going to paint some of the quarter panel. I know they are going to color match as best as possible. Know matter what from a distance you would see a difference. Could I request to my insurance company to get a full paint job. I have scratches everywhere!

A good painter can spot-paint the effected areas and blend in the surrounding areas so well that it won't look patchy in any light. However, that's just a pain in the ass for the body shop and no matter what skill level of the painter, painting the whole car is best.
