Well the solara is at wheel works getting 90k service done along with new 18" Phantom American Racing wheels. Eibach springs will get installed and i hope my ride looks sick. That completes my exterior work with brand new 10k HID's and tint.

Performance upgrades: TRD RSB got ordered today and CPE will get ordered in the next few weeks.
Questions is TRD muffler? How good is it and is it worth the $400 im gonna spend on it, or im better off getting a magnaflow or something for cheaper?

Second question, once all these upgrades are done how much Hosepower increase am i looking at from just the cpe and upgraded exhaust? Iam hoping at least 225whp to 250whp

I see alot of members using the JPP setup which im interested in but if i purchase the non-tuneable CPE will it conflict with the JPP setup if i install later?

Last one..... How much noise does the CPE produce? In terms of the throaty sound that the stock gen 2 already produces.

And by the way my Solara is 2004 V6 3.3.

Congrats on the exterior mods. Getting all that done is drasticly going to change its appearance! The TRD exhaust is worth the money if you are looking for something a louder than stock, but do not want to go extremely loud or super ricey. I prefer its sound and looks (not a fart can), plus its a direct bolt on.
As for the CP-e, here is a link to anwagbo3000's experience with the tuneable version including dyno numbers. http://www.solaraguy.com/viewtopic.php?t=44463

Now to JPP, there are only two of us on here I know of with the JPP set up for the Gen2 3.3L. PXLpainter pioneered the useage of JPP and did so with the CP-e. The last few pages sums up that the combo is possible but only after lots of tuning. http://www.solaraguy.com/viewtopic.php?t=32382
I have not had such luck with the CP-e (can't find a good tuner) and JPP so I decided to stay the route of injen (which I have street tuned) and JPP. http://www.solaraguy.com/viewtopic.php?t=43299

As for 225 whp, you should just go with NO2. Good luck on your future mods....now lets see some pics!

i have the same car. I love the cp-e! light rpm makes almost a 'wooshing' whistle sound, and hard rpm is when you can hear the "throaty" sound. your car sounds dope! post up pics when you're all set.
