I hate that chrome strip on the front of my car's hood.

Anyone modify it yet? I am thinking of painting it or wrapping it in Vinyl, but I'm not sure.

I have a 2004 white pearl, and don't want to black it out.

What have y'all done?

I haven't seen anyone else do anything with it, but wrapping it with the same color sounds cool.

Hands down Milt's is the best.

Second best is wrapping the strip.

I painted mine black about a month and a half ago. I'll post up the pic(s) as soon as I get a chance

On a white car, I don't think that a blackened out strip would look right.

Any suggestions? I don't think I can afford to actually remove it and have it filled in.

Isn't the Solara white the Arctic Frost? Matching pearl is a pain in the nether regions.

As for black on a white car, depending on your rims and your front grille, it might look good...
