I recommend the KVR. I had them on my Sebring and they were great. The wont rust. They are pricey. rotors, pads are around $800.

No ebay !!

R1-PREMIUM Drill/Slot
http://www.r1concepts.com/Brake%20Rotors/Toyota/Solara/

They wrote 1999-2005 but in fact when you purchase them, they ask for the exact model...so they send you the good rotors size. Those rotors are OEM size, so nothing to care about.

If you wait a bit I'll let you how it goes...I'll install them with my new wheel that I will receive in somewhere between 2-3 weeks...

I think it is good quality...if they have ebay store it's maybe to have more visibility. I hope it is good quality braking kit.

The question now cklinh...are you spy me !?!? :P

You were looking to the same wheels and same brake rotors !! ;)

Hehe funny

I recommended these to Tact and he's got them on his lara. Looks very nice. I purchased these for my 350z roadster awhile back but never got around to installing them and since then, I've sold my z.

dang... I can't see myself putting down 8-9 bills for brakes, at least for now... (for the KVR)...

There was a group buy of KVR on TN in 2004... I wonder if anyone would care to try to start another one? :) (something like 30% savings with 12+ sets of rotors... if you buy fronts and rears, that's 2 sets! http://toyotanation.com/forum/showthread.php?t=47586 )

And Sebas, yes, I'm stalking you! Remember, I got your address from shipping the taillights! :evilbat:

hey, please let me know how the brake lines fit on our car..
when i took it to the installer, they told me the thread pitch does not match.
i have sent back the brake line to the stoptech, and waiting for them to give me an update.

>Sebas007
is that a new items on their site?
when i order mine, the only rotors they had (I talked with rep on the phone as well) was the one i got.

Hey Sebas - I've ordered these as well - If they're as good as OEM that's fine - mostly for looks anyway. ;) Nice thing is that I save on Shipping since they're close and I can will-call them.

I know they have fewer holes and the hubs aren't painted black (nothing a can of high-temp paint can't fix ;) ) but almost half the price of the premiums.

My rims don't show that much of the rotor anyway... but your new rims sure will! Can't wait to see everything installed man!
