I just saw the Razzi G6 kit and as you guys notice the G6 looks similar in shape as the Solara.

For the people that want a kit
Maybe it can be modified to fit a Solara.

Interesting idea... I think it would take more work than it looks like... even though the cars look very much the same shape, in reality the minute curves are probably nothing alike... but good idea... so who is gonna be the first to try it??? :D

The G6 does resemble the Lara but we all know which looks better & which coupe would last the longest. :) Its an idea though about modifying the kit to fit the Gen 2's but would take a lot of work to accomplish.

haha... yeah, those Pontiac designers... they copied the Solara... and even try to up us one by making their convertibles a hard-top... unlike our soft-tops...

I thought the same thing when I sat in it too! I wanted to see if it drove anything like our cars, but the salesman wouldn't let me drive it around because I'm not 18 yet. :-?

Those tails look REALLY similar to ours. Maybe we can get them to fit?

Yeah? ...and I hate you bastards with your OEM GE kits!! :P

J/K - I'm just really jealous...

But There's no way that G6 kit would come close to fitting. THe Gen 2 Solara is much rounder front and back - door lines won't match - exhaust on wrong side and not eve aligned. I think you'd be better off starting from scratch and make your own 'glass kit!
