CP-e Update

CP-e Update

Postby Down2TheC » Wed Feb 28, 2007 2:06 pm

Had a chat with Josh of CP-e. They're really working on the shop over there. They have some in-house mandril bending now and were the first to market on a Mazda downpipe. They still sub out the Solara intake bend due to the size, but given a proper show of interest we could convince them to do a Ypipe or something for the exh system. They aren't ready to do in-house headers quite yet though.

As for stock, Gen1 is on the shelf, Gen2 is recently out of stock but should be resupplied sometime in March.

If anyone has a proposed project, just toss it out there.

Thx for the info! That would be sweet to have a nice y-pipe for the Gen 2. I have seen the stock y-pipe & "WTF!" came into my head when I saw it. Talk about crushed! March sounds like a good month to get an intake. :D

^^^ Didn't know we had that kind of power! Hey, when you get it... try running the pipe without the MAF-ci to see what happens. And make sure you video the events that follow. C'mon... everyone's doing it! You want to be cool don't you?
