it wont damage your car, but we'll be bashing you for purchasing it. those things don't work. don't get it. look around for the real thing if you have the $$$.

While I believe it is possible to create an electric s/c, 250 CFM isn't going to be enough air for anything more than a tiny engine. That and the fact that it only draws 2.2 amps? a 30 watt motor isn't enough to dry your hair, much less give you 15 hp worth of intake air.

250CFM? Don't we flow that much air by way of SUCTION from the motor anyway? I'd be more concnerned about creating an airflow IMPEDANCE, besides, my CP-e MAFci plumbing is 3.5" diameter!!! LOOK AT THAT DINKY LITTLE INTAKE PLUMBING they are trying to "BLOW THRU"!!!

if you want better hp gains etc, either opt for the sri, or if in fact you have more cash lying around, save up for the cpe intake. that one is even better.

By the way, the "Tornado" intake adapter doesn't work either. (I thought I'd save another thread.)
