Since Sylvania doesn't make the Silverstar in H11, is there a comperable brand that will fit? I don't really want to spend the money on a real HD kit, but want something better than stock. Thanks.

i dont recommend the Nokya 7000 arctic white stage 2 bulbs, they are 100 watt, soft blue color, and make night time visibility more challenging, the only benefit from them is they look cool if you are looking at the cool, but really who gives a crap about looks, its all about performance right?

Agreed on the Nokya bulbs. I've been using them for almost a year and finally switched back to my factory bulbs. The blue tint looks a bit cool yes, but the visibility at night time is SO much less than with the factory bulbs.

I saw the silverstars at Target recently and wanted some but was wondering why they didn't have H11's. I guess I know now.

Anyone recommend anything else since I'm not in the mood to spring for HID's yet?

all in all im satisfied with the Mtec's. i had the nokyas and they only lasted me a month before one blew. the mtecs cost more but come with a warranty and are much more bright than the nokyas. good luck!

I just got the Luminics Ultra White 5,150 bulbs. They are blue in color, and don't appear (in my garage) to put out as much light as the stock bulbs. I like the color, but I prefer to have the usable light. While I haven't driven with them at night, I don't have much hope I'll like them. The blue tint on the bulb seems to seriously reduce the light output.

I ended up going with the HALO automotive bulbs. They are 7300K and look great. All in all i'm pretty happy with them.

Wha?? I had H11 Silverstars before I put in my HIDs... prolly still have them out in the garage.

I gotta say though, they still don't hold a candle (pun intended) to HIDs - I'd go with some of the other suggestions here...

They aren't listed on Sylvania's website, and I couldn't find them in any store or online. Maybe they quit making them or something. Doesn't matter to me anymore though, I'm happy with the HALO bulbs.

You may be right... I'd like to see how the 7300 HALOs look - need to get something better than Silverstars for the High Beams and Fogs still.
