God drives a Lexus...

But yeah, start with grilles (MichaelT's or for 3X the cost the Trenz)
Move to the RSB to get your hands dirty. Biggest bang for you buck. I still regret all the time I drove without it.

meanwhile start saving up for the $$$ projects you want most. (power/sound with the intake, drop it and get some wheels, light mods, etc.)

What exactly is an RSB? Sorry if it's a stupid question.

RSB = Rear Sway Bar

An inexpensive yet highly rewarding mod. (Very easy to do)

Does the RSB provide that much of a difference? Whats the price?

I have a similar question. What would a RSB do for me? I do not plan on lowering my car due to road conditions and this is my daily driver.

Wow... thread from the dead. 8)

RSB is a Rear Sway Bar. Check out the tutorial pics and you'll see that it is the thing that limits your roll in a turn. For the one rear wheels to move closer to the chassis without the other one, this bar has to twist. Thus the beefier the bar, the more resistant to roll. So when you haul around the cloverleafs entering the highway, you're staying flat and not leaning over. Very sweet. Instant satisfaction on this install.
