Hey guys I am looking at getting some 20's for my 2004 solara SLE. Will a +38 offset fit or will they rub on the fenders?

Woah woah woah. Crop and shrink the avatar Mr. Do it Big.

I think you might have to roll the fenders. Gen 2 guys, yay or nay?

Wow... hasn't this been discussed like 100 times before in other threads already???

It all depends on what tires you go with - if you lower the ride - how many fat chicks you're packin' in your 'Lara, etc... ;)

I have 20" and lowered with the TRD springs and my woofer box that takes half of my trunk and no rubbing.
I have put 2 adults on the back and no rubbing.
My tires are 245/35/20

i've got 20"x8.5 with 34 offset and 245 width tire. It's rubbing a bit on hard road bumps and rubbing more with 1-2 ppl at the back. car is lowered too with trd springs.

it's not so bad. i love the ride, very tight and i dont get lots of jard bumps on the road anyway so rubbing is not that often.

38 offset is questionable.

good choice with the size. dont buy less then 20", looks lame. 20" all the way.
