The clamp and mirror worked wonders. Freed up a hand to use. The very hot soapy water gave the rubber more flexibilty. Anyway project complete. NEVER GIVE UP. NEVER!!

Thanks for the "very hot soapy water" susggestion. Worked better than just plain.. "soapy water"
