anyone have these? degrees? i know a local here who can make regrinds for $560. any idea how vvti will react to this?

Yikes! I'm not sure what your goal is on this one. You probably will yield more power out of good head work versus trying to re-cam the engine and ECU programming.

There is a product on the market that allows you to electronicly adjust the VVT-i cam timing from inside the car. Unless you have other modifications that the ECU has not accounted for, then I'd expect the stock ECU and cam profiles are already them most optimal.
