TSW "Kyalami" wheel pics

Postby DocJohn » Mon Apr 17, 2006 7:06 am

If anyone is interested, I just posted some good pics of my '04 Solara with my new 18" TSW “Kyalami” wheels that I put on the car last month.

See: http://www.angelfire.com/ky3/gabby/solara.htm

I damaged my front right 18" Mille Miglia wheel (plus the lower control arm and ball joint) in a nice little slide into the curb that happened when we had some snow and ice on the roads back in February. I sent the wheel out to Wheel Technologies in Dallas, TX, but the impact had deformed the wheel around the hub so it was not repairable. That style (MM-S) wheel went out of production at the end of ‘04 and I am still unable to locate a replacement.

The good news is I like looks of the the TSW’s much better than the Mille Miglia’s. I should have bought the TSW’s in the first place. If I had, I could have easily bought a replacement since they are still in production.

Hindsight always has 20/20 vision.

Thanks to all for all the positive feedback.

BTW - I got my TRD muffler installed Monday night and I'm luvin' it....looks and sounds great! Definitely less back pressure than the stock muffler (you can "see through" the TRD muffler).
